We worked with Jody McBeath to plan our Banff wedding and I cannot say enough good things about her and her team. She is organized, proactive and truly an expert. I would not recommend working with this wedding planner based on my experience. Communication was consistently poor — going weeks without receiving a response during a time-sensitive process like wedding planning is simply unacceptable. When responses finally did come, they felt rushed, dismissive, and gave the impression that getting through clients quickly mattered more than actually providing quality service.
