Horrible service, I would highly recommend going to a different office. They screwed my insurance for three months...even tried to charge me for a vehicle I sold two months prior. Messed up the motorcycle insurance that was put into storage as well. When I called to figure out what was going on and to cancel, they came across as they didn't even care.
Terrible Service – I was not pleased at all with the service here at all. The reps were rude and it took a long time for them to get back to me on creating a new policy. Its was so bad that I chose to cancel my other policies with State Farm as well. I am very happy with the customer service that I am now receiving and believe that canceling even though I am paying more money is the best decision that I have made in a long time.
ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! – This office is absolutely phenomenal! I have been with State Farm for many years, and will stay because of the great service and family/friendly atmosphere you receive from the staff.
Find another state farm Agent – This office is horrible and does not return phone calls. I have been with state farm for a long time and this is an office to stay away from. Go to Tom Stahls office, he is great!
