literally unbelievable. I’m due for an eye appointment. I’ve been trying to get one every time I call. They say the schedule opens next week and when I call it always happens to be “closed”again.

This place used to be decent before the pandemic. Now the staff refuse to schedule appointments, just getting paid to do nothing productive. There’s literally nobody in the waiting room so I don’t know what gives. If you’re reading this then you’re better off trying different eye clinics like, Warby Parker, Lencrafters, or Walmart etc.

I called on the dot when they where suppose to open and was told my wait time is 30 seconds.... I waited for more than 30 minutes before the call disconnected. And this is not the first time, One time I called and was on hold for awhile to the point I decided to go down to their office. Luckily, I live close by. I got in to my car, drove to the clinic, had time to park the car and walked in the office while still on hold. I waited in line and notice the phones were not ringing and no one was on the phone with anyone else. Wh... read more
