Lynn went above and behind to help me navigate the sale of my father's Southend loft. She helped me figure out the intricacies of selling a live/work space that's zoning had changed. She is totally trustworthy and shared info every step of the way. We used the moving company that she recommended and they were terrific. She even helped with clearing out the furniture that we were donating. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a caring real estate pro.

When we decided to move to South Carolina, we went with Lynn Blackert. She went above and beyond for us. She made it so much easier since we still lived in Ohio. Lynn assisted us through the whole buying process. She handled every problem that came up. She never tired of our many phone calls to her. She even drove us to the closing when we couldn't find an U-Haul dealer to drop off the trailer. She found us one. She was more like a trusted friend than a realtor.
