Very fortunate to have Lynn Suggs providing thoughtful, intuitive counseling. She has been very supportive but isn’t afraid to give me a nudge when I need it. Be open to doing the work and coming in with an open mindset. You get out of therapy what you put into it! She is also skilled in life skills training and helping you with your personal and career goals!
