I came to a deal with the owner of this shop for a vehicle that has been on their lot for roughly 8 months. I presented an all in offer to the shop owner which he accepted. I asked him multiple times if he was sure about the price and specifically stated that the price I was offering was an all in, out the door price that included taxes and licensing.
