Please do not use this company. We wasted over two months dealing with them. They wasted the title companies time, the real estate agents time, the appraisers time not to mention the buyer and sellers time. I'm tempted to file a lawsuit so we can subpoena their internal emails. Bottom line is we lost out on a property with over $100,000 profit potential due to their incompetence
