I must express my profound disappointment with the care received. Dr. Granady explicitly promised that my dust mite allergy immunotherapy vials would be administered within 3-4 weeks maximum. Terrible service and communication when it comes to changing doctors for your allergy shots. I moved over 25 miles away and cannot go to this office anymore. I had a virtual visit with Dr. Granady to OK my allergy shots being sent over to another office closer to my new apartment. I spent money on a co-pay for this check-in with her only to be denied (after roughly 10 back and forth phone calls with their call center and the two offices!!) by the New Rochelle office. I saw Dr Granady for an outbreak of hives. She was professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her. She took her time explaining my condition and finding a solution.
