Just wonderful experience from the moment we stepped in the door. Great selection, honestly, I didn't expect a store in Daytona to have such a high-end couture style selection and the other bride that was there was looking for budget beachy and she had great options too. Friendly staff and owner was great. We ended up getting my gown and my entire bridal party. My moms also got their gowns here. They did a great job for all of us.
I can't even begin to say how amazing my experience was at Lyndseys shop! Every single dress is absolutely gorgeous and affordable, i did not know what dress to pick! The staff is also incredible by the way. Everyone was so helpful and kind. No one was pushy and they allowed me plenty of time to make a decison.( 3 hours to be exact...) I would not recommend Lyndsey Roberts Bridal Collection. I am a bridesmaid in an upcoming wedding and the bride found this shop online. Custom bridesmaid dresses were picked out and I had to go to Daytona (2 hours away) in order to get measured. I ordered the dress December 27th and was told it would be delivered in about 2 days. I called a week after paying $15 for it to be shipped and was told it was already in the mail. I received it January 12th and on the post mark it showed that the dress wasn't shipped until January 1... read more
What a fabulous experience! From the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable. I had very bad experiences at other bridal shops before, one only gave me an hour and only gave me 5 dresses to try and shoved me out as soon as my hour was up, and the other said I had to have an appointment and wouldn't even open to door for me to make one and I felt completely brushed off. I was at my wits end with trying to find a dress, I'm not picky but went to David's Bridal and was pushed around and rushed and when I didn't find anything they just ignored me so I was going home ready to wear a potato sack on my wedding day and saw Lyndsey Roberts bridal and decided this is it if I cant find anything here I'M DONE.
