It is nice to feel heard at a Dr Appointment. Dr Hernandez listened and remembered personal specifics from my last appointment a year ago.
The facility is clean and comfortable, and the staff is wonderful. Everybody from the person checking me in, to the nurses and staff in the preparation room were friendly and professional. I really appreciated Dr. Hernandez calling me the day before the procedure, stopping in before the procedure, and then coming to talk about the results and future considerations. This was my 3rd procedure with Dr. Hernandez, and I will use him in the future if the need arises.
Everyone was super friendly & very efficient. Would definitely recommend!!
My colonoscopy went very well. Dr.. Hernandez always makes me feel calm and safe and the facility little is too notch. Everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful and most kind. Thank you!
