This experience has been one of the Best I've ever had for a procedure. The staff, from the receptionist, all the way up to Dr. Hernandez, was a pleasant, caring experience. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that needs this type of procedure.
GI Associates is wonderful. Dr. Hernandez and the Team are extremely efficient, professional and friendly. Everything involving their office rounds like clockwork with wonderful associates that make everything a breeze. Would recommend GI Associates completely. Very pleased and have been a patient for over 15+ years.
Very welcoming. Felt well prepared and cared for.
Trying to reach the office was a challenge. Leaving messages and waiting for return calls was a pain. However once in the clean, well maintained professional building I was totally refreshed and impressed. The nursing staff was fantastic- the doctor kind and patient and the anesthesiologist was great too.
