i just purchased a 2020 Fish Hawk 1650. sales was great but, once i took the boat home its been a different story. they didn't install the parts that are already paid for on the day they scheduled. 2 days later still not done. that was over a month ago. Now they wont return my calls, emails, the power trim isnt working and they still wont return my calls. the only rearson they got 2 stars is Charles was good but once paper signed and parts paid for i am chopped liver. Staff member Charles was rude and condescending. Absolutely needs to work on his communication skills. One of the salesman messed up my paperwork and instead of owning up to their mistakes, self proclaimed manager Charles expected me to take care of his new staff members flub. Full blown refusal to work with customers and fails to see people as customers and instead sees people as targets in his little game. I will never do business with this company again.
Just got off the phone with the owner Doug and have been shopping boats for the past few years at there dealership and have been treated rude the last few times! When your spending thousands of dollars that is not something I feel is right. I will spend my money elsewhere!

Absolutely incredible service. Our team just purchased a Hewescraft and slight troubles out the gate but the service to correct it was impeccable. Definitely recommend Lynden.
