This is long over due, but I had initially made a negative review on customer service. However, they called us back and we worked things out. I really appreciate this effort and have a new outlook on their customer service. Although our car has repairs beyond an easy fix, they were really honest and willing to help us tow it to another location to see what else could be done. Thank you for your help! And we apologize for not updating our experience sooner!
Disappointing Customer Service We had our car towed here for a diagnosis on why it won't start. The mechanic we spoke with over the phone was great, informative, and helpful despite the damage being quite bad. The employee that was there when we arrived to pick up the vehicle was not even close to having a professional compass. We've brought our car in for repair regarding issues we were having that we couldn't figure out. They took the time to not only listen but explore all possibilities and explain everything thoroughly. We've also had a very dark tinting on the windows taken off our car and they did an excellent job, making sure we were happy with the result, and we were very pleased!
