My truck needed a new engine. Brought it to them. Took over 2 months. Warranty for 3 years. Truck engine broke after 1 year. Been there 2.5 months and still not fixed. They aren't making any money because it's under warranty. Worst service I've ever had. Would not recommend them for anything. Used to be good, until they fired all the good mechanics. Would not recommend them, but I am stuck because of the warranty.
Very disappointed. I set up an appointment over the phone with the owner for a Wednesday morning drop off. "Leave the keys in the drop box, it'll be ready by closing time." Arrived 20 minutes before close to find that they had lost the key to their key dropoff box and never worked on my car. This in itself would suck, but, ultimately, it would be fine. If I could give more stars I would! Gerardo was amazing 👏 very good communication, easy to work with, and quick to help with a time sensitive repair!!! I came all the way from Bellingham and don't plan on using anyone else in the future! Highly recommended 👌
This is long over due, but I had initially made a negative review on customer service. However, they called us back and we worked things out. I really appreciate this effort and have a new outlook on their customer service. Although our car has repairs beyond an easy fix, they were really honest and willing to help us tow it to another location to see what else could be done. Thank you for your help! And we apologize for not updating our experience sooner!
Disappointing Customer Service We had our car towed here for a diagnosis on why it won't start. The mechanic we spoke with over the phone was great, informative, and helpful despite the damage being quite bad. The employee that was there when we arrived to pick up the vehicle was not even close to having a professional compass. Rather than spend well over $200 to tow our car back home less than 5mi from this shop, we had the help of a friend.
