Wart treatment for my son was a failure here because followup appointments here are booked every three - four months, not 3-4 weeks. By the time we get the appointment to see the doctor, the warts would have already grown twice the size. We are lucky to have found another derm clinic where followup appointments are booked every two weeks - which led to the success for my son’s wart removal. I wouldn’t have mind waiting an hour each visit if the appointments actually worked here, but in this case, they were totally useless.

I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for several days now, but every time I call, I end up stuck in a queue waiting for the receptionist. After about 25 minutes, the call just disconnects. I can’t even leave a voicemail, it’s honestly laughable service.

Since june we are trying to book an appointment they don’t pick up phone on email they have appointment of January right at school time my don had to cancel it as he had high school exam they scheduled on email 2 months after then in March also they scheduled 7 am . Don’t know why they s are Keats schedule so early , he miss that and now it’s in may again 7 am . Since 1 year we are not able to see the skin specialist and my don has list half hair. These guys are completely jobless. Nobody ever answers the phone, you can't leave voicemails, they don't respond to emails, and expect a 5 month wait time if they do finally process your referral.. oops! We cancelled your appointment and are rescheduling it for next month, in the middle of the week, in the middle of the day. Make that a 6 month wait, if you can even attend the timeslot they give you.
