This office is a full circus experience. they have so many doctors and yet, can't even book an appointment that is less than 90 days out. they are incompetent to keep a wait list for sake of better patient experience and ask you to keep calling daily to see if there is a cancelation with the only doctor you were referred to. Long, looooooooooong wait time, They don't care appointment time.......
I had skin cancer which they burned off and followed me for 2 years. Recently saw them again for Basal Cell Carcinoma. They reviewed my report from the surgery and told me that based on the report I needed another surgery to clear out the cancerous area. I appreciated the care they took with me.
My son had an appointment today with Dr Charles W. Lybde referred by our family Dr Rahman on urgent base. He is awesome, calm and very polite Doctor. Thank You Sir for urgent appointment and started treatment. 🙏🇨🇦🙏
