Very busy clinic but no noise. Efficient and polite, doctors and staffs
I was referred for a well defined carcinoma on my right ear. Dr. Lynde cut it off, sent it away for biopsy, called me in a week to confirm that it was cancerous, and if it returned, he didn't expect it would, see my doctor right away....My doctor received an incorrect report, that the growth was NOT EXCISED. I called the clinic and left a detailed message seeking correction of the error. Of course, no live people were involved in this latest communication, hence this story. Perhaps this public notice will correct the issue.
It is impossible to reach any receptionist over the phone!
Dr. Bashar Al-Hakeem is no longer part of this clinic group. I had a follow-up appointment scheduled with him after three months, but they didn't bother to inform me in advance. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that the doctor was no longer with the clinic, and they rescheduled me with a different doctor instead. This is a clear example of poor management.
