They never answer the phone, always over booked so your appointment is always late, front desk staff is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
I was disappointed to experience a one-hour wait despite having a scheduled appointment that was booked months in advance. I had expected a more efficient experience given the advance notice. Absolutely ridiculous.
Phone disconnected multiple times after waiting for 25 min at the queue each time. One time I gave her my phone number before the disconnection. But there is no effort in calling me back from her end. Feel like your reception desk is doing this deliberately to get their day through fast and easy. Btw, the message #9 doesn’t work.
Dermatologists are great! Wait time is at least 1 hr but plan on 2 hrs to be on the safe side. Extremely busy clerks that causes them to be a little abrasive at times. Use the check-in Kiosk at the entrance by keying in your health card number. The scheduling system may require an upgrade to avoid double bookings and take the pressure off the clerical staff. I would give negative stars if I could. The representative on the phone is extremely rude — she constantly talks over you and shows no concern for your appointments or referrals. Maybe consider doing your job properly instead of trying your hardest to get off the call.
