Hire more people if you can't even pick up the phone to book the appointment. Only take voicemail 7:30 am to 930 am? This is the state of Canadian health care.
I suggest they just cancel the phone line since it's never reachable—nobody answers!
I was in to remove a wart and was sent to dr.Backstein.It needed an insition and was going to cost 600.00 for the procedure that took 15 minutes. This Dr.had no people skills and told me to go to my doctor to remove the stitches while in the meantime he charges me 600.00.Dont you think for 600.00he should complete his job?.I will be in on August 5th to remove my stitches and the experience hopefully will be better.Nick Zanzonico
I don’t understand how this place stays standing. I would not recommend coming here, or even bothering to call them. I was referred to Lynde Clinic by my family doctor, as I have been dealing with acne for a long time. Booking an appointment was almost impossible, and even when I finally got to see one of the doctors, he was very brief and did not take his time to hear what I had to say. Looks like they book an appointment every 5 minutes and then are overwhelmed and running 1-2 hours late. I left after 1.5 hours of waiting and was never seen
