I notice all the negative reviews here are about the long wait times and customer service. But unfortunately, my experience goes much deeper than that. I want to begin this review by saying: if you’re coming here for any white/hypo-pigmented scars on your skin, DON’T. My doctor prescribed me desonide steroid cream for my condition, and I thought it was helping at first, but it was actually just making the surrounding skin white so the scars would blend in. There is no parking. No one answers the phone. You will have to wait at least 90 mins. Doctor will see you for one to two minutes and diagnose from across the room. This used to be the best clinic, now they are just charging OHIP without actually helping or seeing patients.
