The receptionists/front desk here are absolutely useless. I had an appointment which was cancelled by the receptionist. I came in person today and I tried to book an appointment for today or another day. I was willing to wait. Then the other receptionist lied to my face and said Dr. Lynde was not there just to get me to leave. Dr. Lynde is a great doctor but his staff are terrible. I asked when I can book an appointment for since my file was already on the system and they said we have no availability... She passed me a card ... read more

I don’t understand why the reviews are so bad. Yes, the waiting is not pleasant but you get help from amazing doctors and is covered by the OHIP. (Except for whatever treatment you need). Happy for this clinic!
Had a minor issue which was resolved very quickly by Dr. Al-Hakeem. I've also seen Dr. Kraft, who was also very helpful and professional. Very busy location, however I've never had a long wait. Morning appointments seem to be best if you don't want to wait.
