We dealt with Shaun Lynd on a personal level and found the experience extremely disappointing. In our opinion, Shaun has serious deficiencies in day-to-day social and professional interactions. He was unable to communicate clearly or coherently and repeatedly failed to understand instructions, which negatively impacted the transaction. The level of service was very poor, and we would definitely not deal with him again.
