Just called regarding some prices and procedures and this person on reception was the rudest person I have ever come across. The wost customer service I have ever encountered. Clearly the lady had no manners and if you had a bad day dont make ot a customers problem. This is probably the nicest way I could write this review even if I dont want to. Just horrible arogant lady.
Dr Pramatha was great, very gentle and explained things clearly as she went, highly professional and knowledgeable, reasonably priced. Will definitely be going back for my regularly check ups.
I cannot express how grateful I am to have a dentist like Dr Menon! She is patient and kind and understanding and always, always makes me feel calm and safe in her very capable hands. Appointments are on time, staff friendly courteous and accommodating. If you are anything like me and have severe anxiety about going to the dentist, do yourself a favour and go see Dr Menon, you wont regret it !!
