Dr McKenzie is a very good doctor. He is professional and patient. Receptionist Emily - is very kind and extremely patient. She listened to all my worries and did not rush me and helped me with what I needed. Highly recommend talking to her as she is willing to help.
This clinic has been our family preferred clinic for many years, seeing Dr Sohail. Today after booking the last available appointment for the day, I was called by the receptionist, and asked why I was wanting to see a doctor. I’m expected to explain to a receptionist the personal reason why I wish to see a doctor? Fairly intrusive if you ask me. $95 charge for a GP appointment in Wollert. They think they are specialists now? What a joke. Husband booked in over the phone bc they know his history, drove 50 mins to get there. it was bulk billed last time he went. Was not told on the phone of the charge. Then they say after consult it’s $95. Will never return and they should be ashamed money hungry medical practice not caring about patients.
