I do not know how this business can maintain itself. The fellow who came up to measure for a replacement Milgard window was the least responsive employee I have ever encountered. He never responded to me with a cost so I could place the order. I contacted Mount Vernon Lyndale Glass on September 15. It took more than a month after my initial contact for the guy to come out to measure. He took the measurements on October 26----saying he had to return to the shop so he could figure out the price and promised to call or ema... read more
