It’s shocking how rude and condescending Dr Murff’s staff has been not once but twice in the one year that I have been a patient. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. The first time I just chalked it up to them having a bad day and moved on. After the second time I thought I better check reviews because I can’t be the only person this has happened to. Not so much about the Dr but Heritage Medical TRIED to charge me $100 for having a high deductible. I call BS. I have NEVER had to pay extra for having a high deductible. Canceled the appointment. No thanks!
Dr. Murff's staff is rude. I was actually told to pick my own medicine because mine was not covered under insurance. I had to prod them to submit a prior auth to insurance instead. Dr. Murff does not try to problem solve. She just refers you to a specialist. I actually had a cardiologist wonder why Dr. Murff sent me to him when it was something she could have easily solved.
Called Dr Murff's office because of back pain issue while TOA was trying to figure it out. They got me in NEXT DAY! She took me through the paces of what happened, checked vitals and explained in detail what to expect. She then sent me to the PT dept doc, Chris Scoma, who examined me including spinal muscles ( with complicated names) and got set me up with a home PT plan and weekly visits at a satellite clinic.
