I have seen this provider for a few years now to monitor a lung condition. I saw her earlier in 2024 and discovered when I received a bill that she is now not in network. I was never informed by the office that she is n longer in my Medical Mutual network even though University Hospitals is in-network. Now, I am stuck with an $80. bill for a less than 5 minute phone call for her to tell me the results of a scan. Not very happy.

My husband was able to schedule a new pt apt for a few days out. He filled out new pt forms online the day before. 2 hrs before his apt the office called and claimed they only see female patients so they need to cancel his apt. No where online or over the phone did it say she only saw female patients. He then called to find a doctor who will see men and the person scheduling told him there was never anything noted about only seeing females until this morning. The staff is all friendly and helpful. Lynda Boldt is good and keeps me on track with my health.
