I love Dr. Hirakami and her beautiful staff they saved my life, 🙏
Helped me diagnose a mystery illness that had left me disabled. Have improved so much since I started working with her. 10/10
Staff is inefficient and Rude! They don't return calls or pass the proper info to the doctor. One instance resulted in the wrong medication being called in to the pharmacy. Another instance her staff was incredibly rude over the phone and when asked about her poor attitude she hung up on me. No patient should be talked down to! I've been waiting almost a week now for a refill on my high blood pressure medication! Looks like it's time to find a new Doc.
I like Lynda a lot. She genuinely cares and she Listens. I still don’t know what causes me to experience excruciating pain during some (but not all) of my moon cycles. But at least Lynda referred me to an obgyn who helped rule out some things and found that I have polycystic ovaries, which is likely relevant to my issues. Lynda knew which obgyn would be best for exploring my issue. I never would have found this very good obgyn without her. Lynda also did a full blood work panel to rule out thyroid issues. Her office called me to set up a regular appointment and told me to get labs done. I did, and they set me up with an appointment. Then when I went in for the appointment, with no other patients in the office, they completely ignored me for 45 minutes until I gave up and left. L. Hirakami even saw me there, twice, and wouldn't even acknowledge my presence. Now I have to look for a new PCP. Do not recommend.
