This company is horrible!!! They take days to fix problems with your maintenance issues. If you have a flood in your bathroom...there is always something worse happening in someone elses apartment (so they say). If you have no hot water and it is a weekend...you have to wait until Monday so they can order the part. We had to take a shower in cold water for 2 days and I have children. And if you are a day late on your rent they send you a notice right away but dont care that you are having problems with someone fixing things.... read more

They treat the people in their buildings like we are nobodys by not answering the phones not care about the buildings not fixing anything in a timely manner. But if you do not pay your rent on time the next few days they are at your door knocking or locking you out not careing if you have children or not. So if i was you i would think twice about renting from the lynd company so run and fast.

This is the worst property management company. Our apartments have huge water bugs, constant mice problem, plumbing issues, and constantly no hot water b/c they dont maintain the boiler properly. Dont rent from any of their properties!!!!

I AGREE!!!!!!!!!! DONT DO IT MOVING IN WILL BE YOUR MOST HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE WITH THESE APARTMENT COMPLEXES!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE TENANTS ALL THEY WANT IS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, THEY DONT FIX ANYTHING UP TO PAR AND THEIR APARTMENTS DONT EVEN PASS HOUSING CODES!! DONT DO IT DONT DO IT DONT DO IT.
Make your own judgement, but I recommend that any property managed or owned by the Lynd Company is NOT a good choice. There is no consideration for tenants, other than collecting money, and refusing to take care of issues. The policy observed, and stated in person, "If you dont like it here, then just move. Well just move someone else in anyway." No long term commitment to tenants.
