I have joined the Lynchpin Kettlebell community in October of 2019, and this community has helped boost my confidence, heal my nervous system and increase my physical strength and endurance. I have also gained some wonderful friends and had so many laughs with this amazing group. Kelly and Jason are very knowledgeable and empowering coaches. 10/10, would recommend!

I’ve been training with Jason and Kelly for a little over two years now and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that they are the best trainers in the okanagan. They provide an incredibly welcoming space that I look forward to go to every time and their expertise and coaching has helped me feel the best I ever have! I cannot say enough nice things about them and I would recommend them to anyone looking to improve their overall health and fitness.
