Check the work done by service before paying. I brought my adventure bike in for a tire mounting and chain lube. The new tires were mounted but once on the road I heard some rattling…. One chain adjuster cap (on the swing arm) was missing and the other one was loose, luckily I had tools with me. The chain is completely dry, if it was lubed, it certainly wasn’t a thorough job.
