I recently took my little puppy to their with specific instructions that she needed a dewormer because she had worms and it was getting worse. I filled out all the correct forms to make sure everything would go smoothly, and they did not give my dog a dewormer, even though it was in the consent forms and written in the notes as well I’m extremely disappointed in this level of service.
