I went for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The technician damaged my running boards, and the dealer has to replace them. I now have to take time off work and sit there while they are replaced.
Timely and professional.
I was greeted promptly upon arrival to the service department by Alfredo. Alfredo was professional, courteous and knowledgeable and explained the procedure for my trucks service/repair thoroughly. When the work was completed (I waited at the dealership) I was updated by Tanner, who was also courteous and professional, on the next steps to complete my trucks repair (parts were ordered).
