Daniel was our service adviser at Lynch Superstore in Burlington, WI. Our entire experience, from check in until pick up after repair was very personable as well as professional. The issue was quickly diagnosed (Failing Catalytic Convertor) and explained to us as well as the possible causes and remedies. Parts were ordered and the cat replacement was scheduled and completed in a very short window of time. We are very satisfied with our experience with the Lynch family of dealerships.
I went for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The technician damaged my running boards, and the dealer has to replace them. I now have to take time off work and sit there while they are replaced.
