Worked with Deb for my daughter’s divorce. Complete “template lawyer”—can’t wander off the trail. Lacks creativity, imagination and positive communication. Pushed back on dealing with specific issues impacting the divorce because it didn’t fit her “established way”. Definitely wasn’t the “fighter” we were told. Works predominantly from Naples in the winter and might be close to retirement. Daughter walked away with around $35,000 in divorce and Deb took about $30,000 of it. John is great to work with and really knows his stuff! He helped me and my husband through a recent legal situation with ease and was able to help us resolve the issue entirely.
Very Very Friendly on the phone but they Do not Take Tenant cases, They only represent Landlord. this was explained to me over the phone. Really should change the business description. Says Tenant Attorney as provided services but they do not off them.
