I am giving this review years later (from 2015) because I know if I would have done so sooner it would have been based on emotions and opinions instead of facts, giving 1 star instead of 2. Now that I can honestly do this review based on fact, I wanted to share now (2021). Jennifer Lynch was very nice. She had a nice manner of talking to all parties involved in our case.
