We’d been using him for seven years, until we suddenly received a handwritten note with our tax returns telling us—rather rudely—to find another accountant because our tax situation was “too difficult.” It honestly sounded like he woke up on the wrong side of the bed. A simple conversation could have resolved things, and we would’ve been willing to pay more if needed. Instead, he dropped us like a dirty towel. It was incredibly unprofessional.
James and his assistant Dedrie are great at what they do. My mom had passed away and used to do everything for my 84 year old father, who has no clue. Dedrie helped me with everything to get the taxes filed and helped me fill out and send the papers to get the property taxes frozen. If not, my dad would not be able to afford to stay in his house he has been in for 57 years. I would highly recommend this business.
