The brief power shutoff was annoying, but it ended well. The repairman moved my EV charger and safely extended the circuit. He also replaced the line-voltage thermostat with welded contacts, and the baseboard heater now cycles normally.

The service guy got my garage circuits sorted for the subpanel, 240-volt tools, task outlets, conduit layout, and clear panel labels. He also fixed the EV plug issue with a heavy-duty receptacle, and sealed the wet exterior light box with a rated cover and gasket. Finally working again.
The lights in a pool had been flickering for some time and finally went out. The pool repair electrician is able to trace the electrical problem and repair it as the connection was faulty. All of them were tested afterwards and the light has been fine since that time.
Our breaker kept tripping, and the electrician found trouble in the old wiring. they fixed it, and the outlet works now.
