I used Jamin at Lynch Construction to install our concrete tile roof, beginning November of 2022. We originally wanted to install a boral steel roof but Jamin suggested we buy a concrete tile roof instead, which we were unaware they had very limited experience installing. To date (June 13th 2023) they have yet to clean the roof as promised. They cut all the tiles on the roof during install leaving residue that is still there. Good work
If you ever want a contractor that you KNOW you can trust... this is the one. Hired this company to replace a door and instead of having to pay for a new door, they made some adjustments to the existing one and actually SAVED me money. Have hired this contractor again to replace all the windows in the house and the cost of the windows ended up being less than anticipated. Will hire again !
I had a few shingles that had blown off from my roof. Lynch Construction did a great job repairing them. The gentleman that came out was quick and professional.
