It used to be Lync and it was great! They got bought up a while back by a company in Baton Rouge (Elevated Security) and it was fine. Now I told that the New Orleans business was sold again and whoever took over is HORRIBLE. You cannot get a real person on a call and only leave voicemails, I left 3 and then threatened to leave so someone called back. The technician did not get back to me on an issue for over a month now. So I left another message that Im glad my monthly payment got rejected as Im out. DO NOT USE THEM.
Horrible. Never sign anything with this company. We sold the house and we still have to pay for they service for 3 years. $40 per month. They will not cancel the service for us although we sold the property. Please by smart and beware of them.
