Hi, Lynbrook vet Team we really very dis appointed with ourrecent vist to your clinic. as we were busy asked my children to take our Golden retrevor for some wound treatment,as he had some cuts he was having terrible pain, we expected at least give some pain killer or an antiseptic injection,but one of your nurse was very hesitated to touch the pet and sent back with some drug to calm down? and asker our girls to cut hair around the wound very surprised can't you handle this soft minded goldie? got to re appointment next day... read more
We are so grateful to have found Lynbrook vet. Every single person there is so kind, patient, and supportive. They have made every effort to see our cats as soon as possible when we've had emergency situations come up. They helped diagnose a super rare condition in one of our cats (that was missed by previous vet) and referred us to the correct specialist to help. This saved his life. I highly recommend them. My grandma and my cousin died within the same week. Today was the funeral of my cousin and when I got home, I came back to a little envelope with my kitten’s name on it (Mabel). I opened it up and inside was an extremely thoughtful and beautiful gift of a photo of Miss Mabel on her last vet visit, along with a fridge magnet frame for the photo. Have been my vet for 3 years, staff are super friendly and kind. They assisted through basic annual check all through to dental cleanings and even laparotomy for foreign body removal after an unfortunate snack incident. Follow up appointments were easy to book and they even offered red light therapy to aid in wound healing. Their team is amazing, knowledgeable and a pleasure to go to every time.
