I have been going to Lynbrook Dental for years always had an excellent experience with nil complaints. I got a text message for reminder of appointment which was a week before. They called me and I didn't answer so they cancelled my appointment. Even though it was 1 week away. They didnt even give me a chance to call back or respond. I have regular 3 monthly appointments after this situation. I will be not be going back there. I have nil complaints about my dentist .

I had a very upsetting experience with this clinic last year. After a tooth was removed, my jaw became locked for more than a month. The doctor who performed the extraction said he didn’t know what had happened and gave me a referral to another specialist — but the waiting list was over five months long. After we submitted a complaint to the clinic’s management, I was finally examined and told that the issue could be fixed with a simple massage — and it was resolved in less than a week.

I attended Lynbrook Dental Care with my father for his first visit (at Lynbrook Dental) on 28/07/2025, assisting with translation. He was seen by Dr Brendan Vong, and I must say, both Dr Vong and the dental assistant were absolutely wonderful—caring, understanding, and genuinely thoughtful.
