I was scheduled for a consult at 9:00 am and at 8:47 am the office called to cancel my appointment because the doctor's flight was delayed. I had to take off from work for this consult. Unprofessional and complete lack of regard for other people's time.
I am currently an adult Invisilign patient working with Dr. Mastaj. Her staff is a lovely group of professionals who make it a point to make me feel comfortable each time I walk in the door. The office is clean and well-run. The Invisilign process has been very simple and I am thrilled with the results. I highly recommend this office!
Dr. Mastaj is the most experienced and honest orthodontist I have ever met. My appointments were always on time and I never felt rushed. My dream was to have a beautiful smile again, I once had one but because I did not wear my retainer after braces in my teens my teeth eventually got terribly buck; I didn’t want to smile, making a point of keeping my lips together as much as possible when talking to people or in pictures. Dr. Mastaj and her staff are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. My experience getting Invisalign was excellent. The Zoom teeth whitening is a must!
My son goes to this practice. Dr. Mastaj and her staff are exceptional. Each visit, Dr. Mastaj and the staff update me on my son's progress and all upcoming work they will be doing. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I can't recommend Dr. Mastaj and this practice highly enough.

We're in the beginning phases of our daughter's orthodontic work, but we have had nothing but a great experience so far! Our daughter is a bit on the shy side, but Dr. Mastaj and her staff always make her feel at ease. We are grateful!
Dr. M is hands down the best orgthodintist in the area! Has taken my daughter through a complex treatment regime with her very expert, engaged, supportive, always thoughtful and confident approach. The office & clinical staff are all a pleasure to deal with. My daughter (14, started 9) is so appreciative of the care she receives (even when it hurts or isn't what she hoped for) because she can just tell she's in the hands of someone who has her best interest forefront.
