I would absolutely recommend Scott at Lynam Electric Appliance Service. Scott was so professional. He arrived at our house when he said he would be there and assessed what parts he needed. (We had a Whirlpool Washer and Dryer and a Kitchen Aid refrigerator that needed new parts.). He ordered the parts and then returned a few days later to install. I'm an engineer and beleive in preventive maintnenace. I would repair my appliances but not anymore...... Have a Maytag dryer begining to show mechanical problems. Described the problem, gave him the dryer number, he scheduled me, showed up on time with a repair kit, and executed the repair. But more importantly, when he put it back together, it didn't sound quite right, took it apart and found an alignment problem. Probably from my previous repair..... Runs better than it ever did. Scott from Lynam Electric Appliance Service did a great job! Came on time, called on his way, quickly diagnosed the problem with my dryer, fixed it fast while also allowing me to pester him with questions about what he was doing and why, and gave me a lower than expected bill. At my request, he also ordered replacements for some worn parts and came back next week to replace them, but reassembled the dryer in between so we could use it, and did not charge for the 2nd house call.
