It's a small, quiet community with friendly neighbours. They perform maintenence when needed (clipping trees and regravelling the roadway when needed).
Road conditions are complete mess. Huge pot holes as you come in the enterance , and thru out the park roadway. In the winter months, the roadway thru the park has been pure ice at times. There is rarley any sand n salt put down, n when that rare time comes, it is put down its barley enough to make any impact to help. Their are a handful of cats ( owned by a tentant of the park) that run free, leaving their feces all over peoples yards & urinating all over people's places n there belongings.
