At Webster office everything is very clean and neat. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I had Sandra , Lizbeth, Tristian and they carefully explained and showed us patiently on how to wrap my arm , how to use my pump and its main purpose for using it. I have been going to this clinic since November. I want to give a special thank you to my therapist Kayla. She took time to tell me why she was doing what she was doing so I had a better understanding which will help me with self care. She also helped me make some instructional videos on doing the self massage and how to do the proper wraps. I don’t think I would be as prepared for self care therapy if it was not for Kayla. Great and knowledgeable staff, they get along great with patients and each other. Enjoyed being there. Was well worth going and what they did helped me greatly. I personally want to thank Laura, Kayla and Lizbeth, the three therapists who worked on me and the Wrapping Staff who definitely knew what they were doing and to all of them for putting up with me.
