I must say that I would recommend Amy Stanford because she helped relieve my severe pain and swollen knots. The office is clean, welcoming, and the aroma & sounds are so relaxing. It is the best money spent on myself. She works on you the entire hour and I was able to tell a difference from the first visit. I look forward to my massage visits weekly.
