We’ve been clients for several years, and we couldn’t be happier with this vet office. The facility is always clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming every time we visit. Dr. Swain is incredibly well-educated and innovative with his treatments—he truly knows what he’s talking about. It’s clear he genuinely cares about animals and their well-being. There’s no one we trust more with our pets.
I heard this was a good vet to go to for our area and they really cared about your pet. I was left feeling disappointed and frustrated with the person answering the phone. I had a serious emergency situation with my puppy that needed a vets attention. She acted like it didn’t matter, they didn’t have time and then told me that since I wasn’t a client, they would not see our puppy. She also said they were not taking new clients. Dr. Swain and his staff are amazing to work with. They are very caring to our dogs. I wouldn't take them anywhere else.
