I heard this was a good vet to go to for our area and they really cared about your pet. I was left feeling disappointed and frustrated with the person answering the phone. I had a serious emergency situation with my puppy that needed a vets attention. She acted like it didn’t matter, they didn’t have time and then told me that since I wasn’t a client, they would not see our puppy. She also said they were not taking new clients. Dr. Swain and his staff are amazing to work with. They are very caring to our dogs. I wouldn't take them anywhere else.
This is the best vet clinic. Doc Swain cares more about the animals than a profit. His employees are sympathetic and helpful. He is always up front about costs and what the issue is with the animal. He is also decent priced and really caring
