In my 63 years I have been fortunate to have a few great doctors and Dr. Tran is one of them. Caring, pleasant and professional Dr. Tran exemplifies everything I want and expect in a medical professional. Tevin, her assistant is also top notch.
I have been going to Dr. Tran for several years now. She is very competent, kind and actually takes the time to sit and ask you questions to understand everything that is relevant to your health. She is personable and treats you like a human being. I believe we have become so accustomed to doctors who speak at us, and show lots of over-confidence but have no ability to connect with us as people, that we act like that type of attitude is necessary for good health care. She is OVERLY friendly and has a positive personality. The staff is great. The front desk- so sweet. Tevin, always kind! Dr. Tran makes me feel uncomfortable. She is anxious. She asks my opinion and apologies constantly. "I don't know... Do you think we can treat this topically?" I recently went in with an earache and cough. She never touched me. She didn't listen to my lungs, she didn't look in my ear- nothing. She listened to my symptoms and wrote a prescription.
Dr Tran was very helpful and thoughts about my health issues were very in depth and spot on!!! Dr Tran was very professional. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends. Thank you and I hope this review was helpful. C Jachens
This dr is so frantic, looks like she is on 10 cups of coffee. She was tapping her forehead the whole time with hm... what could that be .. didn't know what to say... and bursting into laughing. Absolutely the worst experience with MD personality in my live. I had to cut the visit short since I couldn't take it any longer. I don't know what was the most annoying.. the nervous laughing all the time, cutting me mid word and trying to finish the sentence for me, or the demonstrated incompetence
