Over priced drinks, lame music, dead vibe. Overhyped. 22 dollars for one drink that was not strong at all
Rude staff very dismissive. I didn’t realize there was a 20 percent tip already added on to my bill. I asked what the extra few dollars was and they said it was tax. I then looked at the receipt later and saw that it was an automatic gratuity . I had already left a 15 percent tip. There’s a bunch of other nicer cheaper places to go to in phoenix don’t waste your time with these cheesy joint
This is a fun and chill place but the service was a little chaotic. Be aware that if you book chairs online it is apparently not guaranteed! We made a reservation for 3 lounge chairs. When we first arrived, they said they only had 2 available. The person checking us in was very hostile about it. Had some back and forth because they tried to claim that it says on the website that it was based on availability and hotel guests had already taken chairs. OK? Great customer service, friendly and attentive!!
We came on Sunday of a holiday weekend, got there early. Had 2 loungers by the pool. The drinks were good and they had a special holiday menu that was nice and affordable. The dj was good and they had some giveaways. Our server was a little disappointing, no personality whatsoever and not checking in very often but it was packed and he was new, so maybe just overwhelmed.
