it is so cute but the rude staff really brings down the vibe to be honest! it could be so much more fun if the staff was actually nice but food was very good.
Only giving two stars because the property itself was super clean and the ambiance was really nice. The guy who checked us in, along with the manager who was assisting him on his first day, were both very sweet and welcoming. Unfortunately, once we finished checking in, things went downhill. We came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday and rented a cabana. Unfortunately, while we had some positive interactions, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The two employees who checked us in were super friendly and helpful. I believe one of them mentioned it was his first day, and honestly, he was probably the most pleasant person we interacted with during our entire visit. Pool parties are a blast! Whether you get a day pass or actually stay at the hotel. It is a great spot regardless. Drinks are bomb!
We went for a joint Bach party and had a great time! Chill vibes, fun drinks, and helpful staff! We were a big group and they managed to get us drinks in a timely manner. Kevin was awesome and very kind! We will defo be back!
