Could be better If you want friendly helpful service, this is NOT the place. I was made to feel as though I was putting them out by coming in to give them my business. If all you care about is good pricing and you know exactly what you want, then this is a good place to shop. Then it took several days to get the tires I wanted. Pricing or not, I'll go elsewhere next time.
They put the "shop" in Tire Shop... I purchased some winter snow/ice tires in the middle of this last winter. The shop and staff was anything but polished and shiney, but I got a good price, I got what I expected, and they got me in and out in a reasonable timeframe. Nothing fancy, just did what the sign says.
customer they have the absolute worst customer service ever! if you are a woman they will treat you a hundred percent worse then if you are a guy.
