The doctors were nice just total lack of urgency or caring. I had to go for a follow up for a DOT physical to keep my job and they wanted to schedule me out weeks that was corrected. It was determined I needed a cpap and they sent the order to a supply company and didn’t sign it so that was delayed over a week. This is going to cost me a change at my old job
Dr. Victor is great but the front office is awful. They never get back with you. They will put in mychart that they called when they never did. I just want a machine so I won't die in my sleep. Why does it take so long to get a machine?
My husband was provided with an at-home sleep monitor only to find out this office did not check to be sure the batteries were working. So after fidgeting with this device and sleeping with it, returning it back to the office, only to find out 2 days later, there is no data because the batteries were dead. Next, they couldn't get him another one for 3 weeks. Again, he went to pick up a new one, 3 weeks later, only to find out that yes, he does have sleep apnea and will need an overnight study, which they don't have any openi... read more
Called the office to schedule my annual appointment for CPAP equipment. Spoke to a front desk Rep name 'Leretha'. She was very unprofessional and unconcerned about offering me an appointment as far out as April, and it's December, for CPAP supplies. Her words were, "do you wants the appointment here in Farmington on April or an appointment in Trenton." I felt this to be very inconsiderate as if she was saying "take it or leave it" with no apologies. So I asked her what was wrong she said, "you know this kind of gets old." Sh... read more
