My husband was provided with an at-home sleep monitor only to find out this office did not check to be sure the batteries were working. So after fidgeting with this device and sleeping with it, returning it back to the office, only to find out 2 days later, there is no data because the batteries were dead. Next, they couldn't get him another one for 3 weeks. Called the office to schedule my annual appointment for CPAP equipment. Spoke to a front desk Rep name 'Leretha'. She was very unprofessional and unconcerned about offering me an appointment as far out as April, and it's December, for CPAP supplies. Her words were, "do you wants the appointment here in Farmington on April or an appointment in Trenton." I felt this to be very inconsiderate as if she was saying "take it or leave it" with no apologies. So I asked her what was wrong she said, "you know this kind of gets old." Sh... read more

I have waited 3 months to find that the office is in a completely different building. I called and let them know I'm on campus but can't find the office. You would think they would give you more precise directions, nope! Took a whole day off work to get my BP higher then it was before. I will never recommend this office to anyone!!

Thanks to Dr Victor for helping me find out about my obstructive sleep apnea. Ever since I recieved my machine from Hart medical I’ve felt much better
