I broken ankle. Took 2 weeks to get an appointment.
Well so far I'm not happy with the team. I've been waiting to see dr bear since June 12th. For a shoulder tear I have a referral that states urgent. From Dr k at cascade health. I injured my shoulder april 12th. Also I feel that being its a worker comp case u all dont care. When I hurt all the time. Would love to talk to a hire up person
The care I received from Dr. Mildren was excellent. However it is almost impossible to reach the office by phone. If you leave a voice message at, say, 4pm, you won't get a call back that day or ever, so just wait until the next morning to call. When I had an urgent need for a medical record, I waited on hold for the care coordination team 3 times the estimated 10-minute wait time estimated by the computer voice. My inquiry via the patient portal was not answered either. That is NOT OKAY.
Visit was initially on 7/2 it's now 7/11 and they didn't call in the prescription the first time I went in 4 days later to the pharmacy no prescription I called waited to hear back about that then they called me and told me it was sent and now it's still not there the day after they said it was there Who is dropping the ball here I doubt it's the pharmacy doing this it's usually the doctors office in my experience the problem I state below is the last time I was there 2 years ago they just always have a problem no matter wha... read more
I would NEVER recommend seeing Jenna Godfrey MD for anything. My daughter has a broken arm and we just finished our second visit with her. My daughter accidentally got her cast away and she refused to have it changed. Out of the two appointments she was only in the room for 2 to 3 minutes max. Wish I would’ve timed it. After the two minutes and a few words she said she just got up and walked out of the room. Left the door open didn’t say bye or anything. Luckily we switched docs because she it’s AWFUL!
