Was not listened to at all. They act like they kno my body and my pain without looking at anything. Try to tell me nothing has changed and it's something else when I have X-ray proof from previous doctors. Just wanted to rush my appt and I came from out of town for 5 minutes
Such friendly and helpful people there. The surgery and all other appointments were pleasant and staff is always great!!!
Do not waste your time with their claim of Urgent care availability. I submitted a request online with them for the need for urgent care due to being completely immobilized by hip pain. Their soonest appointment is in 3 weeks! Their website advertises urgent appointment slots. They are either advertising falsely or their definition of urgent orthopedic care is grossly skewed
Pretty sad this is the only sports medicine facility in Eugene because they do not take the customer experience into considerarion. Anytime you need to call a department for scheduling/payments/status updates/documents needing signed you have to leave a msg and they return your call in 24-48 hours. Dealing with this company has been the biggest headache of my recovery and I’ve literally had to schedule all my appointments myself bc orders were never put in.
