Everyone there was pleasant and easy to work with. Prompt and on time
The doctors in this group are excellent but the administrative end is the worse. Trying to get answers to questions from a health professional is hard to get. In addition when you take a test I feel the doctor should call you to discuss the results and not a clerk who just reads the results either no ability to answer questions or discuss the impact of the results.
I felt extremely comfortable with the doctors staff ,and was pleasantly surprised on how genuine and thorough Dr. Hurwitz conducted examination.( He cares)
This appointment was a follow up from our last Visit and Endoscopy plus set up for another procedure.. Everybody was very professional and the Doctor asked questions to me and listen to what I had to say and told me to stop one of my meds and that cleared up a situation I had…
