Very disappointed, I have used Lykins off and on for years. But it's time to move on. Needed changed made to a sign they put in a couple years ago. They have all the color info and our information, so though it is a small job this time, it's really easy. Cannot get anyone to follow up or follow through. I was very upfront that if the job was too small and they did not want it, let me know and I'll go elsewhere, not a big deal. *Not a paying customer, nor ever will be* To the person who proudly drives the tan/brown Land Rover LR4 HSE with the company's name and info plastered to the sides of your vehicle; maybe don't drive like a jerk and cut people short? We were very pleased with the refurbishing job on our mailbox! Our community has very specific requirements and they met them all. The scheduling process was quick and easy, they installed a replacement mailbox (a little rough looking, but serviceable) within a week, called to let us know what additional work was needed and the cost, and delivered our refurbished mailbox in 3 weeks (vs the 6-8 weeks they originally estimated).
