They've stopped delivering heating oil to homes. That's a detractor for me.
Kim was soo sweet. She put a little sunshine in this rainy day. Arricks changed a bunch of rules basically didn't want my tiny amount of business. Kim treated me like I was a million dollar business. Thank you Kim and Lykins.
The negative reviews were from 7 years ago. I have been dealing with them for about 3 years and I had one issue that they corrected. I am just a small home heating oil customer and they have gone out of their way to make things right.
