Very disorganized vehicle not ready timely always hear excuses. Work was shotty ended up having to have vehicle redone. When paperwork faxed to them they made excuses they didn't have it. When states to bring paperwork to them all of a sudden they found paperwork. Still have had no follow up from them. Made more phone calls with more excuses.
