On Sept. 3, 2015 our truck broke down about 10 minutes away from Lyk_Nu's shop. We called AAA for a tow, and they contacted Lyk-Nu to assist us. The original call was made at 6:50 pm. and we were told it would be about an hour and a half before they could get to us. At 11:00 pm we were still stranded on the side of the road! When we called AAA back we were told that for some unknown reason, Lyk-Nu said they were not going to be able to complete the call !
