Dr Monica is the best doctor straight to the point no mucking around honest and professional
My partner was recommended Monica from LGBT thorn health for an emergency referral. That's all she's good for, since then her lack of communication and organisation has left him without medication for 2 weeks in a row. This has impacted his work, and has been asked to find work elsewhere. When we tried to communicate whilst at the pharmacy, we were told we need an appointment yet this wasn't an issue a month ago. With continual holidays I can't even get an appointment. Avoid at all costs.
Overall good experience - Dr. Monica was very efficient and straight to the point.
Dr Monica Cooper was my mother's GP. Mum was in her 80s and was given expert and comprehensive care by Monica. She had a lovely, caring manner with Mum, even recommending lifestyle improvements for her, thus providing holistic treatment for the person, not just a number. Mum only spoke highly of Monica, and respected her immensely. I am perplexed at the negative reviews here. I wonder as a dedicated medical professional, whether she spreads herself too thinly trying to help everyone, and ends up behind time (like most GPs). ... read more
